Surgical breast biopsy
I perform it for benign nodules that cause symptoms, or when there are lesions suspicious for malignancy that cannot be classified with initial studies.
Breast-conserving surgery (lumpectomy)
When cancer is detected early, I can remove only the tumor without removing the entire breast, preserving its shape and function.
Mastectomy with immediate reconstruction
When the entire breast must be removed for medical indication or prevention, I offer immediate breast reconstruction options to support the process as a whole.
Sentinel lymph node biopsy
It identifies whether cancer has spread to the axillary lymph nodes. I use radiotracers before surgery to locate the sentinel node and analyze it in the operating room.
Axillary lymph node biopsy
When there are enlarged nodes in the armpit, this biopsy determines whether there is infection, inflammation or metastasis.
